Andy Wyley
Andy Wyley has been a leader in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Risk Management for over 20 years. Passionate about helping companies assess their risks and, more importantly, develop effective mitigation strategies, Andy has a proven track record of designing and implementing Business Continuity Management Programs (BCMP) across industries, including government, healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain, for both publicly and privately held companies.
Andy earned a Master’s degree in Social Work bringing a unique, people-centric perspective to crisis management and business resilience. She is also a certified Business Continuity Professional and a dedicated member of the Association of Continuity Professional Middle TN Chapter.
Andy lives in Franklin with her husband.

Bob Quandt
Bob Quandt is an experienced security leader with over 20 years’ experience. Prior to starting Bullseye Compliance in 2017, Bob was the Vice President of Information Security and Information Security Officer at Sharecare (formerly Healthways) where he led the information security function and helped build a solid security program. Prior to this role, Bob led an IT audit function and worked in security, application development, and internal audit at a Fortune 100 healthcare provider.
Bob is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a member of the Middle Tennessee ISACA and ISSA organizations. Bob received his bachelors’ degree from Middle Tennessee State University and served in the United States Marine Corps.
Bob resides in Franklin, TN, with his wife and two sons.
